Drink lots of water … flavor it with raspberries or other fruits to make it more fun! – Att dricka mycket vatten vet vi alla är viktigt. Men 2 liter om dagen är ett måste, och jag känner många som har svårt för det. Gör det istället lite lyxigare genom att tillsätta fryst fruk. Du behåller kylan, och du får även i dig vitaminer.

Add energy on what you should eat to make it more fun for you! – När du anstränger dig för det du ska äta smakar det bättre och du är inte bara hälsosam utan det blir kul att leva ett hälsosamt liv.

Fancy candy? There are better options! – Detta är min favorit! Äpple är bra, kanel är bra! Det är inte friterat utan rostat naturligt i ugnen.

Make Saturday a little more fun with a protien bar! – En dag i veckan kan man äta någonting för att hålla kvar ”stinget så man inte faller och tröttnar efter ett tag” men detta tips fungerar utmärkt för mig!
